1. Service Use
IgniteDry provides full-stack technology solutions — including SaaS platforms, data analytics, OCR, hardware support, and secure cloud infrastructure — on a subscription or contract basis.
Clients must use these services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations, including healthcare and financial standards where relevant.
2. Data Protection & Compliance
We comply with POPIA (South Africa), GDPR where applicable, and HPCSA confidentiality guidelines for healthcare clients.
All client and patient data remains the property of the client and is safeguarded through:
- Encrypted storage and secure access controls
- Role-based access (RBAC) and single sign-on (SSO)
- Daily cloud backups with redundancy
- Disaster recovery protocols and audit readiness
3. Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
Clients will receive a secure export of all data (CSV, JSON, SQL) upon termination.
Custom integrations or hardware services may be billed separately.
4. Support & Availability
Standard support is available during South African business hours.
Enterprise clients may request a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with defined response times, uptime guarantees, and escalation procedures.
While we aim for 99.9% cloud uptime, occasional downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, dashboards, APIs, and custom modules remain the intellectual property of IgniteDry unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license during the active subscription period.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
IgniteDry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use, including data loss, business interruption, or third-party breaches.
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the affected service in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Updates & Versioning
These terms may be updated periodically for new legal requirements, service improvements, or product changes.
Clients will be notified of significant updates via email or platform alerts.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
